Xfinity gateway solid orange light

When I look at the physical Gateway itself there is a solid white light. I reset the gateway with the Xfinity app, I made sure all the cables were attached properly, I manually reset the gateway. The only thing I didn’t connect from the box was the black internet cable. I used the one from my previous device, but Xfinity ran the line.
