Tradeswomen, Inc. is one of California’s first organizations for women in the trades. Founded in 1979 as a grassroots hub for recruitment, retention and leadership & development for women in blue-collar skilled craft. We are here to help women prepare for apprenticeship, and support for them while they are journey-level through meet-ups, events and social media.
