If the mag is installed, it will hit the mag preventing full rotation. Since a .45 mag is larger, it won't fit a 9/.40/.357 FCU due to that ledge, even with a .45 grip module.I have not tried switching TDLs between the P250 and P320. However, the P320 TDL has a notch for the takedown safety lever. The P250 TDL has no notch because it has no takedown safety lever.
