The issue is that I’ve noticed no difference over the last few treatments on my two oldest tattoos (5yrs). The artist was very heavy-handed and created two scarred/raised tattoos that are nearly solid black. As if that wasn’t enough, the tattoos were also done over pre-existing raised scars.
