I don't think any PTM7950 will help with normal Desktop CPU cooling, since CPU coolers usually have a really high mounting pressure. I think the benefit is mostly with direct-die jobs like Laptop CPUs and generally GPUs. Though even in that case, a skilled manual application of conventional paste may have the same effect.
