My truck has one, but my truck came with keyless entry. Although I haven't looked for my RAP, it's supposedly under the dash (on the firewall), to the left of the brake pedal. It should be about 3.5" square with 2 connectors coming out of it, and should have a sticker with a code on it. The sticker might not be visible, though.
