You've kind of got two options to get gems for PR. Go in the highest uber world you can survive in and complete dungeons, or go in the highest uber you can access and leech off of other people. Try to find a clan to join, that will help you get in a group to run thru dungeons. You will also want to do the highest shadow tower you have access to.
