Grimmchild doesn't have the best accuracy, so its tends to miss quite frequently. It's fine as a backup damage on its own, but not extremely reliable/dependable. So unless your playstyle is focused on being evasive rather than straight up confrontational, you'll find better uses for those 2 notches. Personally, I prefer Glowing Womb.
