Comcast xfinity router ip

I've been configuring my routers for decades with their built-in HTTP servers. Yesterday I signed up for new Xfinity home internet service, and they said I had to download their mobile app in order to change my router settings. Is there truly no way to manually configure these Comcast routers?

The problem I'm having is changing the Local address for the Technicolor from 10.1.10.1 to 192.168.2.1 and then setting its DHCP range to 192.168.2.2 - 192.168.2.254.
