I live in northern minnesota and we are in a bit of a cold snap, currently -18F in my town. But my car will not get up to temp when idling or when I am driving it for 20 minutes.Removed oil pan. Cleaned mating surface of engine block and oil pan. applied RTV sealant to oil pan. Reinstalled Oil pan and previously removed components. Changed oil filter and filled 4 liters of oil. (and some other stuff).
